James Miller IV is a fifth generation Realtor in his family’s real estate brokerage The Miller Realty Company. Founded in Geneva by his great grandfather Horace Miller in 1908, The Miller Realty Co. is the oldest independently owned and operated brokerage in the state of Ohio. James has a deep respect for the remarkable history and legacy of his family’s brokerage but is always seeking new ways to advance and adapt with the rapidly changing real estate business.

James brings a unique skill set to real estate sales with his interior architecture and development background, working on design and development projects locally, nationally, and internationally alongside his grandfather Jim and father Jamie. James’ design talents greatly aid his clients in envisioning the true potential that lies in the properties they are purchasing or selling. James is an alumnus of Rhode Island School of Design in Interior Architecture and has received a life long real estate education through his Developer grandfather and Developer/Broker father.

James is a lover of local history, art, design and the great outdoors. James most enjoys time spent with his family, wether it be hiking and kayaking, antiquing or attending numerous Northeast Ohio cultural events. James or "Jamie" and his family are proud members of this community who believe in the importance of supporting local businesses and giving back to the community that has given and continues to give them so much.
